Slow at best

As always, great intentions don’t always lead to fast action.  If you have been following this blog, you understand.

I have been busy, but not writing about it.  For the most part I have been continuing my job search but have also taken a new tack by applying and being accepted into Saint Paul Collage’s health unit coordinator program.  If all goes according to plan, I will be starting classes in January.

Also new, I have started helping out as a sound tech at church under the tutelage of Byron Olsen and have run sound for one funeral to date.

In the jewelry category, I have begun to assemble the tools to make “coin rings”.  They are just what they sound like, rings made from coins.  I would like to get a few more tools for this, but have enough to get started and am making good progress in the craft.  Nothing worthy of gifts or sale yet, but defiantly one the way.

I will endeavor to keep more timely posts to this blog, but only time will tell of the susses.

and so we go…

Getting Started

Well, this will be a new experience for me as i have never seriously “blogged” before.  How ever, I have been getting allot of “requests” for updates on my job search, updates on my writing, what’s going on with my crafts and hobbies, How are the kids, what new recipe have I developed recently, can you get me a copy of that recipe you brought to…  Okay, you get the idea.  Please don’t misunderstand, I enjoy these questions and am happy to answer them, I was just thinking of a more efficient way of disseminating any and all info, a sort of clearinghouse for friends and family to quickly check up on us.  Of course, I am NOT trying to stop anyone from contacting me or asking a question directly, just simplifying the process for thous that want to take advantage of it.

After that introduction, I guess we’ll see how well this works

And so we go…
